Azure Data Platform Design and Implementation

The Vendor is required to provide for azure data platform design and implementation to establish robust capabilities for data-driven decision-making across various domains such as socioeconomic forecasting, transportation planning, environmental analysis, and workforce development. 
- The increasing demands for interactive analytics and regulatory compliance, we are facing challenges in scaling AI initiatives, optimizing visualization tools, and streamlining reporting processes.
- Services include:
•    Design and implement an azure-based data platform, incorporating azure data lake storage and azure synapse analytics.
•    Build secure, scalable, and high-performance data ingestion pipelines (both batch and streaming) from on-premises and cloud sources.
•    Develop and implement data models and extract, transform, load / extract, load, transform (ETL/ELT) solutions while optimizing performance within the azure ecosystem.
•    Collaborate with agency business intelligence (bi), data science, and cloud teams to deliver a unified, well-documented, and production-ready data lake and analytics platform.
•    Establish governance, best practices, and comprehensive documentation for security, data quality, lineage, and monitoring in the azure environment.
•    Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for existing data services teams.
•    Assist in integrating the newly designed data environment with downstream bi tools such as Power BI.
