Internet Web Based Auction Services

The Vendor is required to provide for a fully functional auctioneer internet web-based auction service to sell county surplus property.
- Auctioneer service should have an advertising and marketing model across various forms of social media, radio and television and county will not be obligated to pay for, manager, or produce any advertisements or marketing campaigns under this contract but reserves the right to approve all advertisements or marketing campaigns.
- Auctioneer service should have a reliable and comprehensive clientele list to reach as many potential buyers as possible.
- Auctioneer will handle all aspects of the internet web-based auction service including but not limited to advertising for the auction, taking multiple pictures and uploading them to the website with appropriate descriptions, collection of monies
- Auctioneer shall provide a secure internet web-based auction system to conduct on-line auctions through its own website. (Auctioneers should submit their website information and URL so that county can adequately review the website functionality).
- Auctioneer must provide a list of references with at least three (3) different governmental agencies.
- The site must allow access for both windows based systems and apple-based systems.
- Provide simple and uniform methods for auction bidders to register, log-in, view photographs of auction items, view descriptions of auction items and view technical specifications of auction items.
- Auctioneer must supply county with a complete report of sale showing a listing of the winning bidders by name, home or business address, what they purchased and final sale price.
- Auctioneer shall provide in person and electronic options for bidders to make payments to purchase surplus items both on scheduled pickup/payment dates and thereafter.
