The vendor is required to provide cache creek platform scales, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide 24-hour fire and security alarm monitoring, inspection and testing services.
- Security and fire alarm monitoring specifications
• 24-hour monitoring of the fire and security alarm system through underwriter laboratory (ul) listed central monitoring station.
• Maintain ul certification of security and fire alarm system in accordance with the national fire protection association (NFPA) code 72, latest edition adopted by the state
• Test and inspect fire alarm systems annually, including functional tests.
• Replace system batteries annually (at no additional charge to the state).
• Document and provide a list of the make, model, and serial number of security and fire alarm equipment to headquarters’ facilities coordinator.
• Provide annual testing of the security and fire alarm system, including all devices.
• Test results must include make, model, serial number, and zone list with survey of condition of each device.
• Annually check all sensors and battery back-up.
• Test to include load test on battery.
• Contractor shall not lock-out system.
