Data Management and External Evaluation Services

The Vendor is required to provide for implementing a data management system tailored specifically for programs grant programs and providing external evaluation services in alignment with the proposed evaluation plan.
- The data management system must support oversight of service participation, performance progress monitoring, federal reporting, and longitudinal evaluation.
- The system must be designed specifically for programs grant programs, ensuring compliance with federal reporting requirements and facilitating efficient data analysis.
- Data Management System:
•    Data storage capacity sufficient to accommodate approximately nine thousand (9,000) unique students over the duration of the contract;
•    Full access to all System features available to data management and evaluation clients;
•    Secure server data hosting and data backup management;
•    Implementation of secure data transmission protocols for the upload of data files into the System;
•    Immediate technical support by phone or online during the Evaluator’s standard business hours; and
•    All instructions, notices, consents, demands, or other communications required or contemplated by this Contract shall be in writing and shall be made by certified, first class mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid, by overnight courier service with an asset tracking system, or by email or facsimile transmission with recipient confirmation.
