•    Define an implementation strategy that includes phased rollout, training, and change management. 
•    Establish a support and maintenance model that ensures long-term sustainability and vendor responsiveness. 
•    Develop a cost structure that includes licensing, implementation, support, and potential future enhancements.
- Scheduling conflicts and inefficient use of shared spaces and resources (e.g., venues, av equipment, staffing) are common due to the lack of centralized scheduling and resource management.
