The Vendor is required to provide online parenting tool services.
- Online Parenting Tool is intended to remove conflict and improve the lives of children affected by divorced/separated parents.
- Online Parenting Tools that assist in managing responsibilities such as time shared with children and medical expenses are of great benefit to the parties.
- Features required are for the purposes of allowing for peaceful contacts between parents, addressing custody and parental access to the children.
- Online Parenting Tool services are to be used as the principal means of documenting all information related to the health, safety, welfare and education of the minor children. 
- Some of the most helpful features will assist the litigants to interact electronically, and the information within may help the Court in the decision-making process.
- Features that may be critical to facilitate a Court order for a third-party communications system (Online Parenting Tool) may include:
•    The Message Board
o    Serves as an email communication message board that is tamper proof.
•    Alerts
o    Provides text or email notification when activity occurs in the tool.
•    Calendar - In Custody Court Orders
o    Provides parents involved with a visual breakdown of custodial time. It should have the ability to displays exchange times and a feature that easily identifies parenting schedules.
•    Third party access
o    The ability for a court appointed professional, such as therapists, evaluators or attorneys appointed to represent children to access the shared feature without costs.
•    Notification System
o    An email and text messaging system to alert the litigants of events listed on the Calendar, Message Board or other connected system.
•    Document Repository
o    Allows parents to post documents for the other party to see. Documents that may be readily available such as a child’s health records, immunization histories and school information.
•    Journal
o    A virtual dairy that keeps records for the author with the ability to share. This feature should help facilitate maintaining a permanent record of important decisions and disputes.
•    Expense Log
o    A mechanism for parents to track child related expenses, reimbursements and that allows exchange of payments.
•    Monitor Communication
o    Monitors and gauges words and phrases against connotative feelings.
•    Records
o    Parents should be able to obtain certified copies of communication records of regularly conducted business activity that is compiled.
