Project Management System Software

The Vendor is required to provide companies regarding capital planning and construction project management system software, for use by owner’s representatives in a higher education setting.
- It includes a 427-acre main campus with approximately 18 million GSF of buildings, as well as eight extended campuses with an additional 1,300 acres of land and 3.5 million GSF of buildings.
- Campus Operations, currently manages a $5B Capital Plan including approximately 700 active projects.
