Water Information Management System

The vendor is required to provide water information management system (WIMS) vendors for the procurement, implementation, configuration, and support of an integrated cloud-based WIMS solution.
- The new WIMS will have the ability to:
•    Data entry and compliance - capture compliance data using out of the box and configurable data entry forms. dashboards and reporting
•    Produce customizable regulatory and operations reports and dashboards. 
•    Data, integration and interoperability 
•    Provide automated and manual data import and export capabilities user administration, experience and accessibility 
•    Provide a modern, responsive, friendly, web-based user interface with a mobile option.
•    Hosting, environment and vendor support - provide a vendor hosted SaaS solution with both production and pre-production test environments.
- WIMS system shall be implemented at the following facilities:
1. Water production division facilities:
•    Miramar water treatment plant
•    Alvarado water treatment plant
•    Otay water treatment plant
2. Wastewater treatment and disposal division facilities:
•    SBWRP (south bay water reclamation plant)
•    NCWRP (north city water reclamation plant)
•    PLWTP (point Loma water treatment plant)
•    MBC (metropolitan biosolids center)
3. Pure water operations facility:
•    NCPWF (north city pure water facility) (purified reclaimed water).
