Student Information System

The Vendor is required to provide to explore student information systems (SIS) that can seamlessly integrate with Workday.
- The SIS is a hub of data for all College processes and integrates with all supporting systems including our financial and learning management systems.
- Our current systems, including county and integrations with tools like Canvas and Microsoft 365, have served us well but are approaching end-of-life support and lack scalability for emerging needs such as enhanced data analytics, mobile accessibility, and integration with AI-driven advising tools.
- Objectives
•    Streamlined registration, advising, and degree auditing.
•    Robust reporting for accreditation and state mandates (College System).
•    Enhanced user experience via mobile apps and self-service portals.
•    Integration with third-party tools (e.g., CRM, LMS, ERP (Workday) for HR/finance).

•    Core modules: Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Student Records, Billing, Advising and Reporting/Analytics.
•    Key features: AI/ML for predictive modeling, mobile-first design, accessibility compliance, and API ecosystem.
•    Customization capabilities and low-code/no-code tools for workflows.

•    Typical timeline and methodology (e.g., agile phases, data migration strategies).
•    Estimated costs for implementation (high-level ranges; exclude licensing).
