The vendor is required to provide internal communication system enhancement will strengthen our crisis communication and emergency management capabilities while also improving the efficiency and effectiveness of daily school operations.
- Upgrade and expand internal communication system:
• Total of 230+ devices (including two-way IP endpoint devices, weather-resistant IP speakers, one-way speakers, and other peripherals)
• Cat6 cable and pulling included
• In-house server control unit with a backup and fail-safe server
• Perpetual license to any management software or access
• Management software (direct IP or cloud) accessible that building administrators can use
• All materials must be on site, and all installations completed by march 31, 2025.
