The Vendor is required to provide for the acquisition and implementation of a time and attendance, and workforce management solution.
- Streamline and improve workforce time tracking, scheduling, reporting, and compliance across all departments and employee types (e.g., salaried, hourly, part-time, seasonal).
- The municipality currently uses Excel timesheets, which no longer meet the functional and technical requirements of a modern, scalable solution. We aim to implement a system that ensures accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in employee time and attendance tracking while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
