Data and Assessment Systems

The vendor is required to provide data and assessment systems used within various school districts.
- General system and integration
•    Solution offers real-time integration with student information systems (especially MISTAR-q) for data refresh, grade book updates, and current assessments and scores
•    System handles the import and cleanup of student data, specifically concerning the flagging of errors in a log file and continuing the process without halting
•    Solution successfully process data for 20,000 students in less than 10 minutes across multiple assessment types
•    Single sign-on option from MISTAR-q, google, office 365 for staff and students
•    Process for updating roster data (e.g., "every 10 minutes or more frequently") and tracking the deletion of tests and scores, schedule data, and test names.
- Assessment aggregation, delivery and administration
•    Native mobile app for staff and students
•    Solutions for document scanner integration and plain paper answer sheet scanning
•    Easily define "data map" for custom flat file test score import
•    Support online assessments that allow controlled access to secondary students, and how is this implemented for elementary students
•    Security and quality assurance maintained for testing completed on major internet browsers (chrome, Firefox, edge, safari)
•    System support clicker integration.
