Salary Benchmarking and Job Description Software Services

The Vendor is required to provide salary benchmarking and job description software services.
- Provide a complete salary database with an automated platform that aggregates and presents data at the 50th, 75th and 90th percentiles for all levels of positions.
- Allow for additional salary surveys to be added and managed in the database.
- Provide for collecting, analyzing, and pricing jobs within a few clicks intuitively and easily.
- Provide for the downloading, reporting and forwarding data as an image or in Excel, CSV or pdf formats to managers and leaders.
- Job description automation to track revisions, and export approved versions to their HRIS or Applicant Tracking System. Provide a centralized repository for all job descriptions with tools to easily collaborate on edits and approvals.
- Include an overview of the plan with time estimates for completion of all work required, including identifying beginning and end dates for each phase of work.
- Provide for pay structure modeling, merit modeling and data visualization in presentation-ready format.
