The vendor is required to provide career and technical development software for students, teachers, and administrators.
- Includes, but is not limited to, the following functions:
•    Career and technical education for students and teachers or for instruction
•    Professional development for teachers and administrators
•    Sat and act test preparation for students, and other college readiness solutions 
•    Career navigation and financial literacy curriculum
- Student-focused partner that serves the learning community through responsive, innovative educational solutions.
