Airport Access Control System

The Vendor is required to provide to service and repair the airport security gates and access control system.
- Provide service for all city owned gates and agency related equipment including but not limited to electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and have to the ability to respond to an emergency call out within 2 (two) hours of notification.
- Access Control System Maintenance
•    Deliver monitoring and preventive maintenance services for agency Systems security gate access control on a quarterly basis, including:
o    System testing
o    Modifications and upgrades
o    New installations
o    Supply of necessary components
•    All services must align with airport operations requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inspection reports for all serviced equipment.
- Perform necessary repairs and/or modifications to defective equipment as identified.
- Must provide 24/7 emergency service availability.
- Must respond within two hours of notification by Airport Operations staff.

- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
