Postcard Notification Services

The Vendor is required to provide to produce and mail sex offender registration (SOR) neighborhood postcard notifications in compliance with Code.
- This project is a turnkey service, and the selected Contractor will provide a weekly mass mailing service that will include neighborhood notification postcards for sex offender registrants from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2031.

•    State Identification (SID) number
•    Date of birth
•    Sex
•    Race
•    Ethnicity
•    Height
•    Weight
•    Eye color
•    Hair color
•    Home address (Full Street, city, state, and zip code)
•    Event date
•    Registration Agency
•    Disposition date
•    Type of offense (in English and Spanish) – Able to accommodate up to 100 characters with spaces
•    Victim’s age
•    Sentence
•    Status
•    Photo of the registered sex offender
- Responsible for mailing an individual invoice to the sex offender registrant for the cost of the required notifications, both initial notification and any subsequent notifications resulting from moves.
- The monthly invoice should show the following information:
•    Billing system identification number
•    Sex offender registrant’s name
•    Sex offender registrant’s address 
•    Sex offender registrant’s address to which the invoice was mailed
•    Number of notification postcards mailed for each registrant
•    Date notification postcards were mailed to each eligible address
•    Associated costs for notification postcards, including mail costs
•    Amount of the invoice to the sex offender registrant
•    Associated costs for invoices, including mail costs
•    Date the invoice was mailed
•    Reason if necessary, why notification postcards could not be delivered within three calendar days or invoices could not be delivered within seven calendar days
•    Total number of offenders
•    Total number of notifications mailed
