Temporary Staffing Solution

The vendor is required to provide temporary staffing solution includes, but is not limited to:
1. Field investigations and site assessments
•    Conduct field reviews of existing traffic conditions, signage, pavement markings, and signal operations at city intersections and corridors.
•    Perform site visits in response to citizen complaints, service requests, or observed safety concerns related to traffic operations.
•    Document field observations, identify deficiencies or opportunities for improvement, and prepare written findings with recommended corrective actions or operational enhancements.
2. Traffic operations support
•    Review and optimization of traffic signal timing plans to improve intersection efficiency and coordination. 
•    Conduct intersection and corridor operations analyses, including capacity and level-of-service evaluations, and recommend improvements. 
•    Assist in the planning and design of traffic calming measures and neighborhood traffic management strategies. 
•    Support evaluation and response to traffic control requests, collision history reviews, and other operational inquiries.
3. Development review and plan check
•    Review development submittals for conformance with city traffic engineering standards, guidelines, and adopted policies. 
•    Perform plan checks for traffic signal design, signing and striping plans, and other traffic related improvements. 
•    Evaluate pedestrian, bicycle, and transit accommodations to ensure multimodal safety and accessibility.
