The Vendor is required to provide for a complete, integrated district-wide camera system solution, including the supply, installation, configuration, and commissioning of all specified hardware and software to replace and upgrade the district's existing security camera infrastructure.
- The system must provide a minimum of 30 days of video retention per camera unless otherwise specified.
- Project Goals
•    Centralized Video Management: Implement a solution with a unified, cloud-based management platform for all district cameras.
•    Comprehensive Coverage: Deploy the required number and type of cameras and accessories to ensure complete coverage as outlined in the Bill of Materials (BOM).
•    Integration Capabilities: The system must integrate seamlessly with existing systems as required by the district.
•    Long-Term Support: Secure a solution that includes all necessary 5-year licensing, professional services for installation, and ongoing maintenance and support
- Must include the cost and details for the following services and final deliverables:
•    Installation professional services: full installation, configuration, and commissioning of all equipment specified in the BOM.
•    Cabling and documentation: installation, termination, labeling, and testing of all necessary cabling compliant with district standards. 
•    Provision of as-built documentation and configuration exports.
•    Data migration/integration: assistance with migrating existing data from legacy systems and support for integration with other school systems and applications.
•    Training and support: provision of comprehensive on-site training sessions for staff and administrators. Access to online resources and dedicated technical support channels (e.g., phone, email, live chat).
•    Shipping and delivery: All costs associated with the delivery of the equipment to the district.
- Technical Requirements
•    Operating System: Compatible with ChromeOS or Cloud based.
•    Device Compatibility: Fully functional with Chromebooks and other devices issued by the district.
•    User-Friendly Interface: Intuitive and easy-to-use interface.
•    Scalability: Ability to accommodate future growth and changes in the school's technology infrastructure.
