Plagiarism Detection Solution

The vendor is required to provide plagiarism detection solution or an alternative to ensure academic integrity across its various instructional platforms, including higher education, flexible learning, and k-12.
- Learning management system (“LMS”), the current system being canvas, and provide comprehensive resources for detecting and addressing plagiarism effectively.
- Including the following sections, outlining their capabilities to deliver the solution and services needed to achieve:
•    The solution will be deployed across all instructional areas at university, including higher education, flexible learning, and k-12, each in its own instance of canvas 
•    The solution must support learning tools interoperability (LTI) standards and integrate efficiently with canvas. 
•    The solution must also be usable outside of the LMS as a standalone platform.
- The solution must be fully deployed, including implementation, training, and integration, prior to August 31, 2026, for the fall 2026 term at university.
