The vendor is required to provide human resources information system (HRIS) solution will maintain all personnel demographic information for 350+ employees and support all human resources activity throughout the organization.
• Human capital management
• Time and attendance management
• Payroll administration
• Benefits administration (including open enrollment and carrier connection)
• Performance and goal management
• Recruitment and applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Web-based onboarding and document management (including signatures)
• Reporting and analytics dashboard
• Training and development module (learning management system (LMS**))
- Authority would also like to customize a LMS as a feature or add-on to the HRIS.
- The LMS module should include, but not be limited to:
• LMS should be customizable and have the utility to upload SCORM or AICC custom content without vendor assistance (course upload tool).
• Searchable course catalog.
• Ability to set passing scores to tests.
• Courses can be grouped into curriculum and topic areas.
• LMS should be able to assign learning plans and set due dates for entire plan completion.
