Weapons Detection Solutions

The vendor is required to provide Weapons Detection Systems and capabilities that could support our 4 High Schools, 6 Middle Schools, and 3 additional alternative learning sites.
- Requirements
•    Equipment for each school that would ensure students can be processed into school within 30 minutes
•    Technology does the system use. (AI, metal detection, cameras, other)
•    Staff do you recommend at each entrance to adequately support the solution proposed
•    The equipment cost per school for the solution proposed
•    Leasing of equipment is an option, what is the lease cost per school
•    There an installation cost for the solution proposed
•    There recurring costs for the equipment beyond the initial purchase and lease price
•    Currently providing similar weapons detection services at similarly sized schools
•    Weapons and contraband will your system detect.
•    The system requires people to pass through equipment
•    Items may have to be removed by the people as they walk through the system to reduce false alarms
•    System requires and other infrastructure (power, data, network, other).
