The Vendor is required to provide for a service engagement titled emergency mass notification system.
- The emergency communications plan focuses on outlining the general roles, responsibilities and protocols that will guide the University’s communications and information distribution efforts throughout a situation that poses an emerging or imminent threat to the University community in Athens and/or to its regional campuses, extension campuses or centers.
- University is seeking a cloud-based emergency mass notification system.

•    Approximately 30,000 student headcounts
