The Vendor is required to provide for a comprehensive, scalable, and user-friendly ticketing system to support the university’s event management needs across academic, cultural, and community functions hosted at the Agency.
- The system must accommodate both physical and digital ticketing, integrate with existing university platforms, and ensure secure, accessible, and efficient operations.
- Support ticket sales both online and the box office location (point-of-sale). Be able to deposit these revenues via full integration with transact for multiple university merchant ids separately and concurrently. Be able to provide appropriate and detailed documentation of such transactions to support the accounting function.
- Capture demographic and sales data in order to create an appropriate patron information database.
- These databases should be easily extractable to create customizable reports related to customers, as well as specific venues and events.
- Be able to interface with all required university systems (oracle, transact), and provide an audit trail necessary to ensure compliance with, federal, state, and university accounting and fiscal management policies and procedures.
- Ability to control seating availability and pricing from within the system, as well as the option to change ticket prices as needed.
- Ability to both print and create digital tickets, including online, wallet, and texting options.
- Ability to customize and brand the design and content of each ticket, both for printed and electronic tickets.
- must be PCI compliant and maintain compliance with federal and state laws, as well as all applicable university policies and procedures, including those pertaining to data security, accounting, and fiscal management.

• Indicate whether your system is command-based or point-and-click; describe seat status procedures and seat selection controls.

- System effectively allows for interactive, real-time ticket sales from a shared ticket inventory pool for current and future events through the following single event sales channel(s):

• Internet/Online

- System allows for the following methods of delivery through all of the above sales channels:
• Print ticket on demand
• Print at home
• Virtual/Paperless
• Mobile/QR code/Bar code

- The system restricts number of seats purchased in one transaction, order, or account for high volume on sales for all of the above sales channels.
- System provides that facilitates the sale of tickets to patrons with special needs (ADA required seating) and their accompanying guests ticketing.
- System provides seat maps for patrons and/or ticketing staff to employ.
- The system offers additional options for sale, while purchasing tickets.
- Non-ticket items may include: merchandise, parking, concessions, VIP experiences, etc.
- Discounting and promotional functionality as they apply to single, group, season and package ticket sales.
