- This system will enhance transparency, streamline annual reviews and promotion processes, and facilitate data-driven decision-making for accreditation and strategic planning.

1. Localization
•    Solution provides multi-language support.
•    Solution provides time zone and regional formatting.
2. Information security and data privacy
•    Solution provides version 3.0 or higher compliance.
•    Solution provides acts compliance.
•    Solution provides role-based data visibility.
3. Audit trails
•    Solution provides full history of edits and submissions.
•    Solution provides timestamped logs for compliance reviews.
•    Solution must support modern SSO standards and enforce for admin or privileged users.
4. Continuity and availability
•    The system must have a system recovery program with policies for nightly backups and restoration and recovery of data within 24 hours of an outage or request.  
5. Hosting options
•    Solution provides cloud-hosted (SaaS).
6. Incident response
•    The university within 24 hours of any confirmed or suspected data breach, unauthorized access, or security incident involving university data.
7. Data retention and destruction
•    Vendor must securely delete all university data, including backups, within 30 days of contract termination or upon written request, following 800-88 guidelines.
8. Sub-processors and data location
•    All sub-processors with logical or physical access to university data and ensure data is stored and processed within country-based environments unless otherwise approved by the university.
9. Onboarding services
•    Solution provides dedicated support and a point of contact who will provide technical assistance throughout the data migration process.
