Ecitation System Software

The vendor required to provide ecitation software solution that better meets their current and future business needs for mobile e-ticketing, ticket management, and reporting based.
- Requirement:
•    Ecitation systems (mobile and desktop apps and sync service)
•    Court export module
•    Interface to output citation records to rms (rims)
•    Interface to upload collision report data and documents to the CHP SWITRS system
•    Report writer for collision reporting (mobile)
•    Interface to output collision records to rms (rims)
•    CHP-180 tow form application (mobile)
•    Project management and training for all systems
•    Annual maintenance and support for all systems (and what recurring annual cost will be moving forward for the next five years)
•    Cost of upgrades for all systems when available.
•    Mobile printers (if offered or can be purchased separately, along with any pm service and supplies cost in the value-added section)
•    Cost for additional subscriptions as the department expands in personal.
•    Compatible with iOS devices
•    Desktop application client, if applicable, is compatible with windows 10 pro.
