•    The system delivers personalized, data-driven recommendations with sample language and examples tailored to the user’s specific job role or career field, along with automated keyword and impact analysis aligned to industry and job descriptions. 
•    LinkedIn analysis: platform should be able to assess LinkedIn profiles for language use, key terms, verb tense consistency, voice, and overuse, providing sample summary statements to enhance profile effectiveness. 
•    Cover letter review: AI-driven analysis of tone, structure, and job relevance that evaluates cover letters for clarity and intent. 
•    The system offers multiple style templates, educates users on standard formatting, and recommends key terms and content adjustments to optimize alignment with specific job descriptions 
•    Elevator pitch and interview feedback: automated audio-video assessment that analyzes verbal and non-verbal communication, content quality, and delivery timing.

- Setup and customization
•    One-time configuration and integration of the platform with the university’s career services systems and branding. 
•    Development of up to twenty-five (25) benchmarking models tailored to academic 
•    Customization of templates, scoring models, and analytics to align with university standards and competency frameworks.
- Hosting, maintenance, and technical support
•    Host and maintain the platform on secure, industry-standard servers to ensure reliability and data protection. 
•    Provide regular software updates, enhancements, and bug fixes without service interruption. 
•    Offer robust technical and user support suitable for a large, multi-college campus environment, including help desk services, troubleshooting assistance, and administrative support. 
•    Maintain a minimum system uptime of 99% and respond to support inquiries within one (1) business day.
- Data management and security
•    Comply fully with the family educational rights and privacy act (FERPA) and all applicable federal, state, and university data privacy policies. 
•    Protect all university and user data with appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. 
•    Notify the university of any confirmed or suspected data breach within forty-eight (48) hours of discovery and cooperate in mitigation efforts. 
•    Use student and institutional data only to support platform functionality and service improvements, ensuring data is anonymized or aggregated where applicable.
- Reporting and analytics requirements
•    Monitor platform utilization and engagement across users and programs.
•    Analyze student performance and career readiness indicators by cohort, discipline, and class year.
•    Generate benchmarked insights into competencies and skill development trends.
•    Export reports for institutional assessment, accreditation, and program review purposes.
- Implementation, training, and documentation
•    A detailed implementation plan with milestones, testing phases, and deployment timelines. 
•    Training sessions (virtual or in-person) for university staff, administrators, and designated campus partners to ensure effective platform use and management.
•    Ongoing access to documentation, user guides, knowledge bases, and administrator resources. 
•    Support for university-wide rollout, including communications and onboarding materials to introduce the platform to students and faculty.
