Professional Head Start Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide for a professional head start management software for its early head start program.
- Provide professional software management to allow us to meet required office, including child and family data tracking in the areas of eligibility, enrollment, attendance, health, and inclusion services, parent and family engagement services. And child educational components.
- Customizable software to meet the agency’s needs
- Provide data collection and reporting components which shall include:
•    ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance) capabilities
•    Family Engagement
•    Health
•    Inclusion
•    Education
•    Management
•    Compliance Monitoring
- Ability to customize reports
- Availability for customized training and consultation
- Electronic signature pad
- Ability to pull reports for annual PIR (Program Information Report)
- Ability to track and report in-kind
- Ability to receive and store file attachments
- Ability to track tasks, i.e. calendars and reminders
- Ability to communicate with parents through email and/or text.
- Ability to share photos and videos with parents
- Ability to send messages to employees and/or classrooms
