Parks and Recreation Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide for the implementation, deployment, and ongoing support of a parks and recreation management software for county.
- The parks and recreation department seeks to implement a Recreation Management solution that will enable the staff to serve customers with greater efficiency and to enhance internal operations.
- The solution shall provide for easy management, allow for growth, and deploy easily to functional areas of Parks and Recreation.
- Provide real-time access by the public and the Agency’s staff (including park staff)
- Provide administrative access to Agency to run reports, access customer accounts and reservations, and make, change, or cancel customer reservations.
- Provide a solution that allows all users to make site specific reservations, meaning a specific campsite, cabin, lodge or shelter can be selected and reserved.
- Provide a solution to be accessed by the public to make, change, or cancel reservations at any time of day via the Internet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7), including holidays.
- Drill-Down: Users should be able to click on charts or categories to drill down into more detailed information.
- Ability to display parks page with information specific to that park.
- Provide a solution that can deliver custom reports as needed by the Agency.
- Provide help desk and support center functionality and dedicated customer service staff to support and assist Agency.
- Provide all maintenance required by the proposed solution.
- Capability to customize e-mail content
- Optimized Performance: Ensure the software can handle a large number of concurrent users and still provide a smooth experience
- Application must utilize graphical user interface that is intuitive to operate for both casual and experienced users.
- Application should provide a browser interface for regular employee use.
