Portfolio Management Software

The vendor required to provide portfolio management software with functionalities including:
•    Cloud-based system
•    List of investments on the market – with details
•    List of investment pools – with detailed activity
•    List of funds
•    Ability to update interest schedule
•    Reporting functionality with ability to customizable reports and the ability to export in pdf and excel formats. 
•    Example reports include (not exhaustive):
o    Investments by type
o    Investment by fund
o    Summary by type
o    Amortization schedule
o    Purchase report
o    Maturity report
o    Inventory by maturity
•    Ability to close a fiscal year
•    Possible integration with Tyler ERP enterprise financial (Munis ERP) - not a requirement.
