The Vendor is required to provide ongoing support and maintenance for its current PeopleSoft financials and HCM environments.
- Provide remote PeopleSoft support services on an as-needed basis to ensure the stability, compliance, and continued functionality of transit’s ERP and HCM systems.
- The PeopleSoft systems are hosted on-premises within VMware virtual servers, running on Windows Server operating systems with Oracle databases.
- While emergency support may occasionally be needed, such instances are rare and generally do not extend beyond normal business hours.
- Transit maintains a small internal IT team that manages day-to-day operational support.
- The replacement timeline of the ERP and HCM systems have not been defined, and we expect to need support and maintenance at a minimum for the next three years for the existing systems.
