Assessment and Accreditation Management System

The vendor required to provide assessment and accreditation management system (AAMS) solution for include:
1. Hosting
•    The AAMS hosted (for example, in the cloud, on client’s servers, etc.)
•    If hosted in the cloud, please describe the environment including information on:
o    Location.
o    Security
o    Up-time
o    Client access to data via back-end
o    Breach protocol (e.g., describe a recent incident and how it was handled)
o    Other clients in this cloud (e.g., both on this AAMS and other vendors’ platforms)
2. Interface
•    The application accessed (e.g., via web browser or a locally installed client)
•    A mobile interface exists, does it provide 100% of the features available on desktop
3. User security
•    This platform’s approach to user access
•    User access be restricted to a subset of records
•    User access be restricted to fields on records
•    Difficult is it to maintain user roles, profiles and groups
4. Integration
•    Systems do you clients have functioning integrations (e.g., sis, LMS, etc.)
•    API exists for another system, how have your clients integrated your platform with these systems
•    Any platforms with which you already have pre-built integrations
5. Data import
•    Data imported into your solution
•    The options for manual and automated imports
•    There any datasets that are known to be particularly challenging to import
6. Data management
•    Solution handle data integrity
•    Any built-in data hygiene functions (e.g., alerts, scheduled audit reports, etc.)
•    Data clean-up tasks are handled in your system.
•    Any audit trail or change log features
7. Data queries, exports, and reporting
•    Front-end user query options
•    Any dashboarding functionality
•    Advanced query options (e.g., SQL-based query builder, back-end table access, etc.)
•    The reporting functions in your solution
•    Automation features for reports delivery
•    There any data visualization features in your built-in reporting solution
•    Clients leverage external reporting tools alongside this AAMS (e.g., tableau, power bi, etc.).
