Augmented Reality Solution

The vendor required to provide augmented reality solution implementation of a web-based technology solution that would allow capitol visitors to interact with the rough rider hall of fame portraits through personal electronic devices.

•    Platform and public facing experience must maintain digital accessibility standards. 
•    Solution must be a web-based platform. 
•    Confirm the solution offering is web-based. 
•    If a mobile application is also available, please provide details under the value-added section of this tab.
•    Solution must maintain performance standards: experiences must load in <5 seconds on standard wi-fi and cellular and maintain high-quality playback without lag. 
•    Solution must maintain user privacy. 
•    Offeror acknowledges that the proposed solution will not collect and retain any personal visitor data without explicit consent.
•    The backup and recovery procedures to restore service in the event of failure.
•    User is on agency website; user must click a link to go to the vendor platform where they agree to allow use of camera while visiting the site for the experience. 
•    Solution platform, user must be able to use their personal smart device camera to view portraits or exhibits in person and they come to life on their screen with movement and audio.
•    Audio requirement - the offeror must support voiceover delivery using either AI-generated voice or a live recording by the award recipient, if they are living and willing to participate. 
•    Visual requirement - portraits must be 3d-animated and portrayed in high-resolution; at the minimum, main face must be animated, with additional background animations, as possible - state will provide an example.
•    Experience must be accessible online through high quality images of portraits.
•    Solution must be able to generate reports and metrics on usage (number of scans, duration of interaction, most viewed content). 
•    Reports must be exportable for state communications and visitor experience evaluation.
