The vendor required to provide case management platform for include:
•    System must support:
o    CJIS-compliant gov cloud environments
o    Desktop application access and web-based access
•    Cloud-based hosting (AWS gov cloud): vendor hosted on AWS gov cloud to ensure adherence to federal and state-level security and compliance standards.
•    Scalable storage: utilize a cloud-based infrastructure to deliver on-demand storage scalability, eliminating internal server capacity limitations.
•    Mobile integration: a mobile API that will allow agents to photograph seized devices and automatically generate evidence records using ai, streamlining on-scene case creation.
•    Platform compatibility: fully compatible with windows operating systems; available as an installable desktop application.
•    Platform design: the system must be vendor-agnostic and remain fully interoperable with all forensic tools used by division, including but not limited to:
o    Cellebrite
o    Magnet axiom
o    Gray key
o    Berla
o    Griffeye
o    X-ways
o    other emerging tools
•    Azure ad integration: utilizes the state of existing azure ad environment for authentication and access management for both internal users and external law enforcement partners submitting forensic requests.
•    Role-based access control: restrict user access based on defined roles and support the creation of customizable roles with specific permission sets.
•    External agency access: allow authorized external agencies to securely submit forensic requests and associated documentation directly through the platform.
•    Data encryption: employ act-compliant encryption, including AES 256-bit for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.
•    Audit logging: capture detailed records of user activities, case updates, and evidence handling events.
•    Case management: support complete case lifecycle management, including evidence tracking, documentation, notes, and task management.
•    Case tracking: provide comprehensive tracking of requests and communication between internal agents and external agencies.
•    Evidence management: assign unique ids to evidence items and maintains detailed records to ensure chain-of-custody integrity, including evidence assignment, transfer, and storage updates.
