Interest Management Software System

The Vendor is required to provide a conflict of interest (COI) management software system that offers robust dashboard and reporting features.
- Services include:
•    Design the system, including customizations as needed.
•    Build/implement the system, including transitioning data from prior system.
•    Provide maintenance/support on an ongoing basis.
•    Comprehensive Conflict of Interest (COI) web-based disclosure and management system
•    Web-based questionnaire with multi-level branching and configurability 
•    Provide web-based tools for tracking, managing, updating, and monitoring disclosures on an ongoing basis
•    Ability to run reports and dashboard analytics
•    Ability to integrate with agency HR data feed and offer SSO option 
•    Automated follow-up notifications
•    Ability to communicate with end users within the system (outside of emails)
•    Ability to delineate disclosures to resolve separate conflict issues
•    Ability to assign different levels of user access
- Preferred Components:
•    Ability to integrate with Board system
•    Ability to integrate with the agency learning management system 
•    Ability to accommodate multiple disclosure question sets based on an end user's role and assign question sets to end users based on their selected role(s)
•    Ability for end users to request advanced approval of certain activities and ability to have a tiered layer of review for such requests
•    Ability to assign proxy access for reviews (i.e., a reviewer is on vacation, can send to another reviewer to cover while they are out of the office)
