The Vendor is required to provide a managed services agreement for on-call support and service for multiple location phone systems, consisting of 2-hour response during business hours and after-hours/holiday/weekend.
- Quote hourly labor rate to include, all labor, software support for help desk calls for up to 100 hours of support per annum.
- Indicate hourly labor rate for any calls outside of business hours (after 5 p.m. M-F, weekends & holidays)
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
