Project Management Software Solution

The Vendor is required to provide to procure and implement a comprehensive project management software (PMS) solution that will enable the office.
- This initiative aims to streamline project planning, tracking, reporting, and collaboration across departments by introducing a centralized, user-friendly platform. 
- Software will provide tools to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, tasks, and communication in real-time, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- The solution will support agency broader goals of improving organizational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and interdepartmental coordination. 
- Additionally, it will establish standardized project management processes and reporting templates to enhance oversight, reduce administrative burden, and improve project delivery outcomes.
- Provide metrics / measurable progress as we move projects from a Backlog, to ‘In Progress’, to Completion
