The Vendor is required to provide the market availability, technical characteristics, functionality, and estimated pricing for software solutions that support strategic planning, performance management (KPIs), project tracking, and public transparency dashboards.
- Systems that can provide enhanced automation, project management, and reporting capabilities suitable for local government operations.
- Strategic Planning and KPI Management
• Ability to align KPIs, initiatives, and departmental plans with citywide strategic goals or focus areas.
• Automated or semi-automated data ingestion from internal systems (ERP, HR, CAD/RMS, MyGovernmentOnline, CityWorks, ProjectMates, GIS, etc.).
• Analytics such as trend analysis, predictive insights, benchmarking (if available)
• Dashboards for administrators, staff, and public users
- Project and Task Management
• Creation and tracking of initiatives, projects, and smaller goal-oriented tasks
• Task assignment, dependencies, milestones, and Gantt chart visualization.
• Resource tracking (time, budget, staff).
• Alerts and notifications for deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
- Resident-Facing Dashboards and Transparency
• Ability to create public-facing dashboards with data visualization.
• Option for data storytelling or narrative explanations alongside metrics.
• ADA compliant web platform
- Integration and Data Management
• API availability and support for automated data exchange.
• Support in developing and connecting via SFTP when API integration is not feasible.
• Integration with systems such as ERP, financial systems, HRIS, GIS, asset management, and CRM platforms.
• Integration with common project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.), if possible
• Data security features including access control, single sign-on (SSO), and audit logging
