The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive, turn-key IP paging system.
- The new system must be capable of broadcasting routine pages, zoned pages, and critical emergency alerts across.
- IP paging system must:
• Be a complete, turn-key solution.
• Be fully compatible and integrate with the District's 3CX telephone system.
• Be SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) compatible. All components must register and function as SIP endpoints on the 3CX system.
• Support live voice paging from designated 3CX handsets.
• Support scalable zoning.
• The system must allow for pages to be directed to:
o Individual speakers.
o Custom-defined zones (e.g., "Hallways," "Gym," "All Outdoor Speakers").
o An "All-Call" zone for district-wide broadcasts.
o Utilize Power over Ethernet (PoE) for all IP speakers.
• Include a central management interface (software or web-based) for configuring speakers, zones, and alert settings.
• Installation and configuration of the IP paging system must be completed by July 31, 2025.
