The vendor required to provide customer billing, payment and engagement solution to accept online credit card payments, e-checks, mobile, text, digital wallet, and retail payment solutions; and bill print, mail services, and bill redesign to afford the county an opportunity to generate revenue, customer portal to enable customers with self-service, live chat, chatbot, bill view and comparison solution options, communication management feature to communicate with customers using multiple communication options.
- All interested proposers shall have successful and documented experience providing online, interactive voice response (IVR), a simple-to-use, web-based system that allows for managing end users credit and debit card, autopay with credit cards, and e-check payment processing for other utilities and government customers, and mobile application (app) that will be available for download in the android and apple store.
- The proposer is allowed the use of subcontractors to provide all required services and solutions.
- Its credit card authorization services to validate, authorize, and capture county customers’ credit card payments and post the payment to the customer’s utilities account in real-time which require interfacing with county, enterprise solutions’ customer information system (cis) software.
- Responsible for all costs associated with the interfacing requirement of county enterprise solutions’ cis software.
- Establish electronic check (e-check) payment capabilities for county, enterprise solutions as an option that customers can use to make a one-time payment as a guest or with a standard user login.
