The Vendor is required to provide a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution that modernizes the County’s financial operations, integrates with existing systems (Gravity and Paycor), and supports efficient workflows for a lean accounting team.
- A comprehensive ERP solution that includes the following core modules and capabilities:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Procurement
• Fixed Assets
• Journal Entry Import
• Bank Statement Import
• Document Management (preferred)
- The solution must:
• Be cloud-based and accessible via secure web interface
• Integrate with Gravity (budgeting) and Paycor (payroll)
• Support a phased rollout to accommodate staff training and department transitions
• Include training, support, and data migration services.
