The Vendor is required to provide to develop, implement, operate, and maintain On-Premises or Cloud Based solutions for an Enterprise Business Intelligence 2.0 (EBI 2.0), including related information technology systems, operational and governance support, and business consulting services
- Provide Data Management, System Architecting, Maintenance, Operations, and Coordination of the Business Intelligence solution for the Department's different divisions.
- Must coordinate with the Department to provide Data Management using the following, but not limited to, methods:
• Data Architecting;
• Data Governance Process and Procedures;
• Data Governance Access/Privacy/Classifications Policies;
• Data Quality; and
• Data Assurance.
- Must perform system architecting that includes design/requirements, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the Business Intelligence solution.
- Must integrate daily Medicaid data flow from all Medicaid systems (via the System Integrator) to the Data Warehouse, including the development of enhancements to support analytics and reporting
- Must perform and manage the operations and maintenance of any applications, solutions, and tools used in Business Intelligence 2.0.
- Must create and customize a consolidated repository to house data from various data sources in order to provide timely, accurate, and consistent enterprise reporting to meet both State and Federal reporting needs.
- Must coordinate, receive, process, ingest, ensure data quality and feedback loop of Medicaid Encounter data sets.
- Must ensure implementation, management, on-going user support, and coordination of the Program Integrity (PI) Reporting and Analysis module.
- Must coordinate data ingestion, data analysis, and data visualizations throughout the Department.
- Must develop a solution within a secure environment that supports the development, testing, and production of activities associated with the solution.
- Solution must encompass the ongoing oversight and reporting of data protection and user access authority to the platform, tools, and reports.
- Must ensure that acceptable performance metrics are achieved through State-approved and specified system uptimes and response times, as well as requirements to maintain and monitor the system.
- Must develop a solution that will provide data source engagement, governance, integration, definition, and protection.
- Must provide modern methods of data management via tools and processes that encompass metadata, data aggregation, data dictionaries, data lineage, data storage, retention, and access.
