The vendor required to provide online learning platform and library with a wide variety of professional development courses and material with the following:
• Content and curriculum
o Including but not limited to courses addressing academic leadership, student success strategies, diversity, equity and inclusion in higher education, assessment practices, act training, research skills, grant writing, and instructional technology, content on pedagogy, curriculum development, online teaching, classroom management, universal design for learning (UDL), and learning science, courses relevant to administrative roles (student services, facilities, it, finance, HR, advising, etc.) with role-specific competencies.
• Compliance training:
o Ability to deliver and track mandatory training such, act awareness, act, accessibility and act compliance, and cybersecurity, and subjects including but not limited to - business, technology, management, creativity, as well as personal and soft-skill development such as emotional intelligence, communication etc., and content should include a variety of learning formats, including micro-size tutorials, comprehensive courses and in-depth learning paths and the ability to issue badges or certificates that can be used internally or added to staff professional portfolios.
• Platform and library should be dynamic and include relevant and comprehensive professional development content
• Should be able to recommend content based on data and be customizable
• Content should be interesting and engaging
• Content should be presented by subject matter experts.
• Platform should include the ability to run customized reports and track learner progress, and the ability for HR, managers and supervisors to assign learning courses based on operational needs;
• Platform should provide integration and support with single-sign on authentication;
• Platform should allow employees to search and select courses that they feel are relevant to them and allows them to customize their experience by building a learning path that aligns with their job description, performance goals and personal and career aspirations;
• Content should be available with unlimited access, 24/7 and should be accessible via desktop or mobile devices.
