The Vendor is required to provide the design, implementation, and deployment of a comprehensive system to centrally control and monitor all LCD and/or E-Paper signage.
- Project aims to enhance the visibility, accessibility, and durability of transit information displays across various transit facilities.
- Implement High-Visibility Signage:
• Deploy reflective LCD or approved E-Paper display technology, and standing LCD signs with enclosures, to ensure clear visibility in diverse lighting conditions and weather environments.
- Enhance Real-Time Information Delivery:
• Provide accurate and timely transit information, including schedules, route changes, and safety alerts, to improve passenger experience.
- Ensure Durability and Safety:
• Use robust enclosures for standing LCD signs to protect against vandalism, weather, and tampering, ensuring long-term operational reliability.
- Compliance with Standards:
• Utilize approved technologies and materials that meet relevant safety, accessibility, and environmental standards.
- Budget: $1,000,000.00.
