Cloud Based Public Housing Management Software Platform

The Vendor is required to provide a cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) platform ("software platform") with artificial intelligence capacity to the agency on a license fee basis, including ongoing updates and feature enhancements.
- Provide an online portal for easy access to information, proactive updates throughout processes.
- Increase data collection and business intelligence for agency operations.
- Redesign internal workflows to accommodate paperless collaboration and transitions.
- Reduce process complexity, software training times, and manual data entry requirements of staff.
- Provide seamless integration of data across systems allowing users to view, search, and modify external system data.
- Implementation of less than a year;
- Communication tools to allow for interaction between property management, tenants and other third-party participants. Examples of communication tools to include without limitation templated correspondences or letters, mass email features.
- Web based portals for applications, landlords and current tenants.
- Provides security features to protect the privacy of data and its transmission.
- Provides document management for storage, search and retrieval.
- Tracks payment history for tenants and landlords.
