The Vendor is required to provide for cloud-based applicant tracking and onboarding services for the department including functionality for:
• Job posting approval
• Job posting distribution through built in or integrated services
• Candidate application upload, review, and tracking
• Built in or integrated candidate communication, including the ability to send bulk communications
• Hire approval tracking
• Electronic offer letter generation, routing, and completion
• Electronic contract and payroll/onboarding paperwork generation, routing, and completion.
• Reporting on posting and recruitment metrics
- Currently utilizes cloud-based services to post vacant positions, distribute postings externally, receive and review applications, communicate with candidates, track candidates through the hiring process, generate offers of employment and onboard new employees.
- Approximately 450 university employees are assigned user privileges in the current applicant tracking and onboarding system.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
