The Vendor is required to provide an integrated workplace management system for space allocation
- Provide to implement a space allocation Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, including converting from an outdated, unsupported system to a new modern tool, supporting the need for automated, software-driven workflows and integration with external systems.
- Manage historical allocations and manage documents.
- The ability to display current floor assignments and usage, refine allocation and space change processes.
- The system must import drawings from external systems (ex: AutoCAD) to serve as a baseline for developing space allocation calculations and generating floor plans.
- The system must be capable of selectively including or excluding layers when importing drawings into the system, with the ability to set default layers for importing.
- The system must be able to draw or recognize polylines wherever the Space Allocator places them, regardless of whether there is a physical object (ex: a wall) to attach the polyline to.
- The system must support identifying a polylined space with a user-defined occupant type (e.g., county, other government, non-profit, or lease-fee).
- The system must support identifying a polylined space with a user-defined Occupant.
- The system must assign a user-defined color to each of the above Space Types for visualizing floorplans, stacking reports, etc. that is consistent across all buildings.
- The system must have the ability to define, write, save, export, and publish user-defined queries.
- The system must allow the user to indicate both an occupant and a billable entity, which may be different.
- By default, the billable Entity will be the same as the Occupant, which can be overridden or changed.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
