Campus Recreation Management System

The vendor required to provide recreational management system to management of patrons and related operational processes for the department.
- The system needs to accommodate the following major modules or areas of operation, all in the context of university campus recreational sports and fitness and include licensing, hosting and support
- System modules or areas of operation
•    Member management
o    Member demographics
o    Member eligibility
o    Member account balances
•    Facility management and facility access
o    Member facility access
o    Locker management
•    Equipment management and rentals
•    Inventory management:
o    Point of sale systems
•    Event scheduling
o    Activity classes
o    Outdoor programs and travel events
•    Online services (conjunction with the above areas)
•    Intramurals and league management
•    Club sport team management.
