Programming and Numeric Computing Platform

The vendor required to provide programming and numeric computing platform and services that comply with and provide for the following required specifications:
numerical computing;
•    Data analysis;
•    Algorithm development;
•    Customizable 2d and 3d visualization;
•    Simulink integration;
•    Single sign on ability;
•    Complies with student privacy regulations as specified within the family educational rights and privacy act (FERPA) rules and regulations; 
•    End-user training;
•    Configuration, implementation and documentation consulting;
•    The assignment of a project or account manager who will be the sole point of contact for implementation and configuration assistance; and
•    Platform must have a campus-wide, flexible licensing model.
•    Platform must be a no-development, out-of-the-box SaaS and silent-installable software solution.
- University prefers that the proposed solution also complies with the following:
•    Add-ons for every specialty (signal processing, image processing, finance, etc.);
•    Built in functions for AI model integration;
•    Low-code and no-code friendly; and
•    Canvas LMS integration.
