The vendor required to provide a secure, user-friendly secure video-communication platform designed to streamline appointment scheduling, enhance client engagement, and improve access to care.
- This platform will support county employees, healthcare providers, and community members—especially individuals in remote or underserved areas—by enabling real-time appointment booking, secure virtual meetings, and engagement tools such as automated reminders and educational resources.
- Requirements
1. Implementation services
•    Provide a detailed implementation plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. 
•    Conduct system configuration and customization to meet the specific requirements of the county's system. 
•    Provide data migration services from existing systems to ensure continuity of care. 
•    Deliver training sessions for both staff and clients to facilitate onboarding and effective use of the platform, including secure messaging and low-bandwidth access features.
2. Ongoing support and maintenance
•    Offer 24/7 technical support accessible via phone, chat, and email, with guaranteed response times. 
•    Provide regular software updates and maintenance to ensure the platform remains secure and technologically up-to-date. 
•    Deliver ongoing training sessions and materials for new service providers and changes in functionality or features, especially around security, messaging, and remote access.
3. Reporting and analytics
•    Provide real-time analytics and reporting tools to monitor usage, engagement, and clinical outcomes. 
•    Support the generation of custom reports for data-driven decision-making, including appointment volume, client satisfaction scores, and outcomes. 
•    Shall have a performance review process that assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of telehealth services.
