Print Management and Technology Reservation System

The Vendor is required to provide the market availability, technical characteristics, functionality, and estimated pricing of print management and technology reservation systems for budgetary planning and an anticipated future.
- The new system shall serve as a complete software replacement for the current platform, and should include, but not limited to:
•    Print Management
•    Technology Reservation
•    Supplementary Library Services, including payment processing
•    Integration with Polaris Integrated Library System (ILS)
- The system currently utilizes 83 desktop Windows PCs, 43 additional devices, 5 print release stations, and supports approximately 3,000 – 5, 0000 computer user sessions per month.
